Shipping
All Lovecouplet pieces are made to order. Processing takes 2–5 business days. Shipping is free and takes:

• USA: 4–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
• Canada: 4–11 business days
• Australia: 4–11 business days
• Albania: 9–16 business days
• Andorra: 9–16 business days

Total estimated delivery: 5–16 business days from order date. We currently ship only to the countries listed above. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to fix a typo, update your personalization, or cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production hasn't started yet, we'll make the change or issue a full refund. Once production has begun, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund — no hassle, no return shipping required.

Refunds
Approved refunds (pre-production cancellations or damaged/defective items) are issued to your original payment method.

Personalization
Every piece is made to order based on the names, dates, or photos you submit. Please double-check your personalization before checking out — once production starts, this content can't be changed.
